To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request before 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time on the 20th day following your initial purchase or 5 business days before your next billing date. All refunds are discretionary.*
No refunds will be provided more than 20 days following the date of purchase. Cancellation requests made within 5 days of your billing cycle will be billed for that month and then cancelled.

If you just join our website, download our training materials training material (pdfs, audios, videos, and/or etc), and then promptly asked for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request.
